It makes use of the high-speed relative motion between the movable gear disc and the fixed gear disc, the material can be crushed through tooth impact, friction and impact between the materials.

principle of operation

After rough crushing, the material is transported to the grinding chamber of the main machine by the feeding device. The material and the high-speed rotating device and particles collide, collide, shear and squeeze each other to realize ultra-fine grinding. The crushed materials are transported to the impeller classification area by the rising air flow. Under the action of the centrifugal force of the grading wheel and the suction force of the fan, the coarse and fine particles are separated. The qualified fine powder is collected by the cyclone collector, and the unqualified materials are returned by the internal classifier. The crushing cavity is crushed again.
